Ok so you have finally decided on which of the latest range of ebook readers to have, the next thing to decide is which is the best option as far as the type of cover or case to protect it goes. Now that the kindles are that much smaller and lighter I personally find that they are more comfortable to hold in the hand rather than actually holding them in a jacket. If you feel the same as myself then you will be more than happy with a sleeve, sleeves are usually at the lower end of the price scale which is an added bonus. If you do decide that sleeves are best there are plenty to choose from, sleeves are usually quite bright and colorful and provide a nice snug fit for your reader. You will find that the same sleeve that you need for the Kindle 4 will also fit the Kindle touch.
The latest range of Kindle covers and cases is growing day by day, because the new readers are that much smaller it has taken a little while for manufacturers to catch up but they are getting there. Fortunately some new cases have been released pretty much straight away, one of these is the Neoprene sleeve from Built and there is also a new version of the improved lighted Kindle cover. The lighted covers are a really good idea, you will be surprised at how often they come in handy. Reading in bed without disturbing your partner is the obvious one but more importantly is reading in the car on a long journey. If you read when you are in a car there are plenty of things that alter the light tunnels etc, but mainly when you are driving in the evening. When the light fades and you need light to read the lighted kindle cover is perfect, with this you can read without distracting the driver.
Another jacket worth taking a look at is the flip jackets from Marware, with a flip jacket you just flip the front cover over and it becomes a stand to support your book allowing you to read at the table as you eat your meal if that is what you like to do. Another great cover from Marware is the jurni case cover, with this case you have an interior hand strap which is great for reading one handed and there is also a zip fastening for extra security. There is also an exterior zip pocket which allows you to store your ID, cash or credit cards. As you see there are quite a few options the main thing is to get some protection for your reader.
